During family holidays I would often drive through France and Italy, admiring the lovely vine fields and dreaming of starting a wine business. Now that dream is a reality.
As the owner of a successful family restaurant I am passionate about good food and the wines that complement it. I believe that, like any good marriage, the two belong together.
Since opening the restaurant in 1992 I have visited vineyards and winemakers and built a strong relationship with some of the most prominent suppliers of Italian and French wines. This experience has helped me to create a selection of superior, elegant, affordable wines suitable for every occasion – and perfect with food.
