Produced only in the most favorable vintages from the best grapes in the vineyard carefully selected Pegrandi that are left to dry in the appropriate "arel" for about four months. A low temperature maceration of 10-12 days at low temperature before the alcoholic fermentation which lasts for about a month.Aged in stainless steel up all'illimpidimento, the wine is left to mature for about 15 months in oak barrels of 12.5 hl. and then for another 18 months in barrels. The assembling of barrels and storage in stainless steel, which promotes a natural decantation, before bottling and further aging in bottle for at least 6 months.
